Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 cup rolled oats (don't use quick oats - they'll be too mushy)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water or milk (milk will make them creamier)

Directions:
Combine the apple, oats, cinnamon, and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl, and stir in the water or milk. Be sure to use a large enough bowl so the oats don't bubble over when cooking.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds for a chewy consistency or longer for softer.
