Fruit Filled Overnight Oats

This easy overnight oats recipe is a healthy simple breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water or milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice blend (or to taste)
  • 2 cup fresh fruit (grated apples, diced peaches, blueberries)
  • optional: 1 tbsp honey, brown sugar, or maple syrup to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix gently until combined.
  • Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Uncover and enjoy! Thin with a little more milk/water, if desired.
