As we step into 2026, we’re filled with optimism and excitement for what lies ahead. Together, we’ve accomplished so much, and we’re ready to build on this momentum to make an even greater impact in the year to come.

Introducing Our Newest Team Member!

Sarah Bechek, CCFB’s new Development Associate, holds a degree in Public Health and has a background in nonprofit development. She is passionate about building meaningful connections and supporting mission-driven work that creates lasting community impact.

Sarah is especially excited to engage with and support the neighbors of Chester County, combining her public health background with her development experience to help strengthen the community she now calls home. Having recently relocated from Pittsburgh, she is eager to contribute to the county where she lives and works.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, discovering new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family.

CCFB Receives an Outpouring of Generosity from Chester County Organizations

CCFB Receives Fellowship Grant from Foxwynd Foundation

We are thrilled to announce that the Chester County Food Bank has received a three-year, $225,000 fellowship grant from the Foxwynd Foundation, supporting our mission to ensure access to nutritious and familiar food across Chester County.

“This grant will allow us to increase our purchasing of the Core Four by nearly 25 percent each quarter,” said Andrea Youndt, CEO of the Chester County Food Bank. “At a time when food prices and demand are both rising, the Foxwynd Foundation Fellowship grant ensures we can continue to prioritize fresh and healthy food that promotes dignity, stability, and well-being for our neighbors.”

CCFB Receives Generous Donation from Help Feed Chesco

Together, we make the greatest impact.💚

We’re thrilled to share that Help Feed Chesco has exceeded its $200,000 goal, raising a remarkable $219,238 to strengthen food security across Chester County!

Our deepest gratitude to Chester County United Way, United Way of Southern Chester CountyChester County Community Foundation,and The Alliance for Health Equity for establishing the $100,000 matching fund that helped power this campaign, and to the remarkable generosity of our community, including individual donors and corporate and foundation supporters:

The Essential Foundation (Aqua Pennsylvania), Brumbaugh Wealth Management, LLC, Comcast, the Di and Dallas Krapf Foundation, the Krapf Family Foundation, KTA Funding Hope Foundation, the Robert M. Price Memorial Foundation, QVC Group, TruMark Financial Credit Union, and Venerable.

Because of you, Help Feed Chesco will keep shelves plentiful and ensure relief reaches families countywide this holiday season!
