We mobilize and educate the community to ensure access to nutritious and familiar food.
We take a holistic approach to combating food insecurity through four major pathways. While we distribute nutritious foods through our network of community partners, we go beyond hunger with wellness, education, and gardening initiatives to strengthen our community and build community engagement.

Through our network of over 100 community partners, ranging from food pantries and shelters to churches and schools, CCFB can quickly and efficiently get nutritious food into the hands of those struggling with hunger and food insecurity.

A Fresh Approach
Together, our partner farm sites and raised bed gardens grow over 150,000 lbs of fresh produce a year. Our agricultural team, program staff, and amazing volunteer base, work to offer culturally appropriate, commonly requested produce and incredible educational opportunities.
