FAQs

What are your warehouse operational hours?

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Pick-ups must be scheduled between 10 AM and 12 PM. For any urgent requests outside of these hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

When is CCFB closed for the holidays?

CCFB is typically closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Please check with us beforehand if you are unsure about specific holiday closures.

What should I do if I need to change or cancel my distribution?

If you need to adjust or cancel your distribution, please notify us as soon as possible so we can update our records and plan accordingly. Contact us at orderfood@chestercounty.org to inform us of any changes, including holiday adjustments. If you would like to change your original distribution hours, please reach out to agencysupport@chestercountyfoodbank.org.

How do we coordinate delivery changes?

To coordinate delivery changes, please reach out to our logistics team at orderfood@chestercounty.org as soon as possible. We will work with you to ensure that the change is accommodated without disrupting our schedule.

What food handling certification does my staff need?

One person on your staff MUST hold a valid Food Bank Handler certificate or a ServSafe certificate to ensure food safety standards are met. Please check the expiration date of your certifications to ensure compliance. For more details on certification requirements, please contact agencysupport@chestercountyfoodbank.org.

What should I do if I forget my PWW password?

If you’ve forgotten your PWW password, please do not attempt to reset it. We will help you resolve the issue. Please contact orderfood@chestercounty.org for assistance.

How do I submit my monthly statistics?

Monthly statistics can be submitted via the PWW. Please log in to your account and navigate to the “Statistics” section. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

What should I do with the self-declaration forms?

Self-declaration forms should be completed and kept in a locked, safe location. You must retain the forms for three years plus the current year. If you’re unsure how to proceed, please contact our support team at agencysupport@chestercountyfoodbank.org for guidance.

What if I cannot attend a Food Provider Meeting?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled Food Provider Meeting, please inform us in advance. Attendance is required, and missing a meeting may affect your partnership with us.

Can CCFB volunteers assist us?

Yes, CCFB offers volunteer support. If you’d like volunteers to assist with your operations, contact us at agencysupport@chestercountyfoodbank.org for further details.
