Chester County Food Bank Announces New Members to Board of Directors

The Chester County Food Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of six new members to its Board of Directors. The following individuals are newly elected to the Board of Directors class of 2026:

The following officers will continue to serve as the Chester County Food Bank’s Executive Committee:

“We are fortunate to have a Board of Directors comprised of some of Chester County’s most dedicated, strategic leaders,” said Andrea Youndt, CEO of Chester County Food Bank. “I look forward to working with each of them and their collective expertise to fulfill our vision of a food secure Chester County.”

CCFB welcomes the following Board Members:

Philip Dick is an accomplished financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the accounting and financial industry. He began his career at the Bank of New York, rising to the position of Director of Financial Reporting, and later held a similar leadership role at SEI Investments.

In 2023, Philip transitioned his expertise to the nonprofit sector, working as a bookkeeper at Bookminders, where he supports numerous organizations. This has provided him with vast, hands-on knowledge of nonprofits across all different sectors. His commitment to community is deeply personal, stemming from his family’s strong motivation for organizations like the CCFB that support local families. 

A graduate of West Chester University, Philip has remained in the area since 2004, living in Downingtown with his wife and daughter. Beyond his professional life and community involvement, Philip is an avid runner and cyclist who has completed over a dozen marathons.

Rick Green is the Director of the Carrier Networks Division at CTDI, a West Chester–based leader in the communications, mobility, and consumer devices service industries. Over his 15‑year career at CTDI, he has directed multiple programs and large-scale operations for industry leaders across the telecommunications industry.

Rick holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from West Chester University. A longtime resident of Chester County, he has previously served on the board at the West Chester YMCA and is deeply committed to community involvement. He lives in West Chester with his family and is actively involved in youth sports and other local activities.

Ellen Lewis is a Senior Proposal Manager at Bentley Systems, a global leader in infrastructure engineering software headquartered in Exton. In this capacity, she oversees the development of strategic proposals where her responsibilities include effectiveproject management, persuasive communication, and fostering effective collaborative teamwork. Prior to her tenure in proposal management, Ms. Lewis practiced law, specializing in environmental and products liability litigation. She actively participates in Bentley’s philanthropic initiatives, including the CCFB Garden partner program, the Eagles Autism Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, the American Heart Association STEM Goes Red and GETT.

In 2023, Ms. Lewis completed the Leadership Chester County program, an initiative of the United Way of Chester County aimed at strengthening nonprofit leadership from within the business community. Her appointment to the board of the Chester County Food Bank marks her third board appointment, where she contributes expertise in nonprofit governance and strategic oversight. As a long-standing resident of Chester Springs, Ms. Lewis is dedicated to advancing the well-being of her community and is strongly aligned with the Food Bank’s mission to ensure access to nutritious food for all individuals. She is honored to bring her professional experience and commitment to community service to the board and looks forward to supporting the organization in building a food-secure future for Chester County.

Ms. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor degree from Widener School of Law. Additionally, she is certified as a Yoga Instructor (YTT 200).

Ramesh Nuggihalli is a global executive with experience driving value creation across the energy, environmental, and industrial sectors.

As a trusted advisor to CEOs, PE firms, and boards, he brings expertise in capital allocation, growth strategy, risk management, M&A execution, and organizational and operational improvements.

He has held senior leadership roles at General Electric, Ametek, Tyco, Pentair, Xylem, and CECO, including regional CEO roles in the Middle East and Asia. Ramesh holds a B.Eng. from Mysore University, an M.Eng. from McGill University, an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an M.Phil. from the University of Pennsylvania.

John Serock is a West Chester based caterer whose work extends beyond the kitchen to support local nonprofits and community initiatives. 

An honors graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s Culinary and Foodservice Management program, John’s passion for the food industry and desire to uplift his community shines through all he does, including serving as Guest Chef for the Chester County Food Bank’s Workforce Development program and serving as Chair of the Greater West Chester Chamber Board of Directors in 2025 and 2026 

Through his involvement in charitable events and outreach efforts, he has helped bring people together while supporting meaningful causes. 

John has been recognized for his generosity, collaborative spirit, and commitment to making a positive impact in the community he serves. 

Braedon Swindler leads the Marketing Technology Division of IT Edge, Inc., a regional Business Technology and Managed Services provider based in West Chester.

Braedon is also an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at West Chester University. Graduating from West Chester University’s MBA program in 2021, Braedon has a specialty in Website Design and Development, Search Engine Marketing Strategies, and Digital Advertising techniques.

He currently lives with his wife and daughter in the Coatesville area. He’s looking forward to applying his Digital Marketing background towards expanding and deepening the impact of the Chester County Food Bank.

The Chester County Food Bank is the central hunger relief organization serving more than 100 partner agencies throughout Chester County, PA. CCFB distributes over 6 million pounds, with over 81% being fresh fruits and vegetables, through its network of food cupboards, hot meal sites, shelters, and other social service organizations. Since its inception in 2009, the Chester County Food Bank mobilizes and educates the community to ensure access to nutritious and familiar food.
