CCFB protects the integrity and privacy of Personal Information gathered from our supporters through all of our communication channels, as well as from visitors to our Website. CCFB does not share information it collects from the people we serve.

Personal Information Policy

CCFB does not sell, exchange or rent the names or other personal information of community supporters, including donors, volunteers, website users, newsletter subscribers, and online activists.

When you visit Chester County Food Bank’s website, we collect non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Photographs/Video/Media Policy

CCFB (including employees and volunteers) may take photographs/videos at our events and programs. By entering our building, participating in our programs, or attending community events where CCFB is a vendor or partner, you grant CCFB permission to capture your image in these photographs/media. Chester County Food Bank and its affiliates or those acting with its permission have the permission to use, reproduce and distribute your name, voice, likeness, photograph, and/or any other representation in connection with printed materials or other media it distributes, displays, transmits, or exhibits. Such distributions, displays, transmissions, or exhibits may include but are not limited to publications, newsletters, magazines, brochures, websites, and/or videos for internal or external purposes. If you would like to request removal of your image from a publication/media, or do not authorize CCFB to use your image please email or call 610-873-6000 x103.

Employee, agent and contractor policies

CCFB requires employees, agents, and contractors who have access to personal information to protect information consistent with this Privacy Policy. Financial transactions processed on the internet or over the phone with CCFB are secured in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), including credit card processing and token exchange. CCFB’s donor pages are hosted by a third party, EveryAction (Bonterra), that is also in accordance with PCI DSS for its financial processing.

Chester County Food Bank (CCFB) respects your privacy. We also collect your name, email address, telephone number and payment information when you make a contribution, either on our website, at a special event, over the phone or by mailing in a check.
