Prep Time2 minsCook Time5 minsTotal Time7 mins
Ingredients:
1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
1 cup rolled oats (don't use quick oats - they'll be too mushy)
 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup water or milk (milk will make them creamier)
 pinch of salt
Directions:
1

Combine the apple, oats, cinnamon, and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl, and stir in the water or milk. Be sure to use a large enough bowl so the oats don't bubble over when cooking.

2

Microwave on high for 90 seconds for a chewy consistency or longer for softer.

3

Serve immediately and enjoy!
